The Brief

Get GPs and dentists aware of Maxigesic and comfortable with recommending this product. To raise awareness of the product amongst people seeking pain relief in a medically credible environment and drive sample request.

The Solution

A sampling campaign to 1,000 GPs and dentists.

The Rollout

50,000 Maxigesic sample packs were delivered to doctors and dentists in 1,000 practices to give out to patients.

Each practice also displayed two waiting room magazines (NEXT and Australian Women’s Weekly) with front cover advertising directing patients to speak to their doctor or dentist about getting a free sample of Maxigesic.

The Results

Post-campaign online results showed strong support of the product, especially amongst dentists with 92% now saying they would recommend the product.
